Free Yoga Classes

Wednesdays and Fridays, thru October and November
12:30-1:30 p.m.

This is a free beginner’s vinyasa yoga class focused on breathing techniques, stretching, strengthening, and endurance through a flow of poses. Modifications and assistive tools (straps and blocks) may be provided to those who need them to ensure all poses are performed safely and effectively.

GRU Cancer Center Meditation Room

All cancer survivors, GRU faculty, and GRU Staff (all levels of experience are welcome)

What to Bring:
A yoga mat* or towel, bottle of water, and appropriate athletic attire


*there will be a limited number of mats available to loan.
