The first Day of Service for Georgia Regents University will be Saturday, Feb. 9. Employees, students, and their families will be given the opportunity to serve the local community through volunteering and serving those in need.Click here to register for GRU'S Day of Service

Service opportunities will be available at the Ronald McDonald House in Augusta, the Golden Harvest Food Bank in Augusta, and the Columbia County Food Pantry in Appling, among other locations. As a new university, let's work together to make our community better.

After reviewing the list of organizations and assignment descriptions, click here to sign-up for a two or three hour shift at the service location of your choice. Volunteers will receive a free t-shirt and will be enrolled in a raffle.

The deadline to sign-up is Thursday, Feb. 7.
